Shipments and returns

Your shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped usually with tracking. Notification of the tracking will be send to the customer's e-mail directly from Courier company. If you have not received your tracking number, please contact us an we will update the information. Once the parcel is dispatched the message 'Shipped' will appear on the order in the customer's shop Account after Log-In.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Delivery for UK locations usually takes up to 5 working days. We tend to track dispatched items and keep record of tracking. If there is a delay in the delivery of your order and your item hasn't arrived within 10 working days (UK) or 30 working days for the rest of the world, please contact us immediately on contact@gaiasprouters.com

UK orders are dispatched via courier company as follows:

0.1kg to 1kg at £2.98

1kg to 2kg at £5.04

2kg to 3kg at £7.39

3kg to 5kg at £9.69

5kg to 10kg at £10.00

10kg to 15kg at £15.93

Shippling abroad

Shippling abroad is limited to weight of the order. 

EU and non-EU European orders are limited to 2kg and are dispatched via Royal Mail. The cost of the shipping is £17.40. For shiping of any order over 2kg please contact us directly at contact@gaiasprouters.com

USA and World Zone 1 orders are limited to 3kg and are dispatched via Royal Mail (up to 2kg) or by Courier company (over 2kg and up to 3kg). We reserve the right to choose the delivery company on the base of delivery fees. The cost of the shipping is:

0.1kg to 2kg at £25.00

2kg to 3kg at £30.00

World Zone 2 orders (Australia) are limited to 2kg and are dispatched via Royal Mail. The cost of the shipping is £26.00

Duration of the world-wide shipments depends on the destination country and may take up to 1 month or more.

Please note that we do not ship seeds or product packs that contain seeds to World Zone 1 and 2 due to restrictions. 

If you get message

  1. "Your order is out of the weight range. Please check the Delivery conditions in the bottom right corner."    it means that you have exceeded the allowed weight range for your area. If you still wish to place this order, please contact us with your requirements directly at contact@gaiasprouters.com

Returns:

You can, within 28 (TWENTY EIGHT) calendar days of receiving a product ordered from GAIA Sprouters on-line shop, return any product that you are not completely happy with. Once you decide to return any product you must not use it and must take good care of it while it remains in your possession. The product must be returned to us undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered and in the same state that it was sold to you.

If you wish to return an online purchase via post, please contact us on contact@gaiasprouters.com. Please note we do not offer pre-paid postal returns.
